Anaheim Hills urologist, Dr Gary Rheinschild faces possible discipline and even a loss of his licence following allegations that he messed up 3 penis enlargement surgeries in the years leading to 2005.
According to the California Medical Board, Rheinschild, 75, is believed to have caused gross negligence in his treatment of these 3 men and of continuing to perform surgery despite revealing signs of cognitive impairment.
Discussing his case, Rheinschild’s attorney claims that these complaintsagainst his visual capacity are propaganda, as a Judge has already announced that Rheinschild is not visually incapable of performing surgery. Continuing in his announcement, Rheinschild attorney believes these claims are a result of opposition looking to corrupt his reputation, and nothing more.
Have they got reason to complain?
Penile growthprecedures are renowned for holding an element of danger, number one being their reputation for causing in penile shortening and deformity, and it could be agreed that this is what occurred here.
As his attorney divulged: ‘…like any cosmetic procedure, there is always somebody who doesn’t like the results. That is part of the risk from this kind of surgery.’
Penis enhancement surgery is not recognised as being risk free or effective by the Urologial Association, and as a consequence Dr Gary Rheinschild the New York Times are publishing articles stating that his penile enhancement procedures often go wrong.
In the documentation supplied by the Urological Association, the 3 patients claimed the following information.
Accusation No. 1: Patient went to Dr Rheinschild for penile enlargement surgery in 2003, and at the time uttered his concerns that heseemed a bit out of sorts. Displayed by his medical staff as being ‘eccentric’ but the best in his field, the patient agreed to the surgery only to later find that the surgery had deformed his penis. Despite begging for corrective surgery Rheinschild refused.
Accusation No.2: 21 year old client seeks out Rheinschild in early 2005. In his account he noticed that Rheinschild’s hand mostly shook and his memory was forgetful. Thirty-five daysafter the expensive procedure, the graft stitched onto his penis ripped open and his penis began to curve awkwardly and shorten. After repetitively attempting to get a follow up with him – who declined – the patient went to another surgical practice to acquire reconstructive surgery on his penis.
Accusation No. 3: Following penis enlargement surgery implemented by Rheinschild, customer number 3 repetitively pointed out of pain and a large scar after skin was taken surgically removed from his lower backto create the skin flap. As well as this pain the claimantindicated that his skin was turning black. Despite attempting to contact him continually, his calls were not returned until he told Dr Rheinschild that he would take him to the Medical Board
Will he lose his licence?
Since these reported cases, Dr Rheinschildis noted for having performed 100′sof penis enlargement surgeries without complication and as a result, a Judge has announced against an instant cancellation of his licence.
Further disciplinary proceedings are penned to occur in after Christmas.
